Mr. Petriella has sold and financed over $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions in New York, California and other major markets. Most recently, he led growth efforts and managed day-to-day operations for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services and Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, a national, publicly traded commercial real estate brokerage company.
He also founded The Real Estate Finance group, Inc., a small capital advisory firm with offices in Los Angeles, Kansas and New York City, and worked as an advisor to Ackman-Ziff, an established New York City Capital Advisory boutique. Prior to commercial real estate sales and financing, Mr. Petriella worked for well-known hotel companies Four Seasons, Westin and Hilton Hotels.
Mr. Petriella graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University following studies in business and engineering at Manhattan College in Riverdale, N.Y. He resides in New York City with his wife and son.
Kevin Brown is a second-generation banker, Kevin’s professional career began at Citigroup in New York City. There he worked as a Portfolio Manager of Asset Management Accounts for an affluent international clientele and specialized in Fixed Income Investments, Asset-based Lending, and overall Wealth Management for nearly 7 years.
Kevin later joined UBS-PaineWebber in Miami, and as a Vice President for Equity and Fixed-Income Investments, his Clients included Commercial Real Estate Investors and Developers. Kevin was frequently among the top 5 producers in this flagship UBS-Miami branch and was consequently recruited by Merrill Lynch prior to its acquisition by Bank of America.
At Silverthread Capital Corporation in New York since 2014, Kevin is focused on expanding his portfolio of Commercial Real Estate investors through Debt & Equity Financing.
Kevin is a graduate of Columbia University (BA. Econ).
Mike McCleary currently resides in Florida and joined Silverthread Capital in 2015 following a successful career at a national brokerage company. He has experience originating and closing loans in multiple asset classes for middle market commercial real estate owners throughout Florida.
Justin Henry joined the Silverthread Capital team in 2017. Upon joining the firm, he began as a lead generator and worked his way up to serving in the capacity as a commercial mortgage broker. Prior to Silverthread Capital, Mr. Henry pursued his entrepreneurial endeavors, where he established two New York based businesses. Mr. Henry’s passion for real estate led him to work for a real estate development and financial advisory firm, where he was worked alongside the sales and acquisitions team to pursue the procurement of distressed assets across the five boroughs of New York.
Mr. Henry is a licensed real estate agent in the state of New York. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments at New York University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a MBA in Risk Management and Insurance from St. John’s University.
Richard Garfinkel is a Senior Director at Silverthread Capital. Mr. Garfinkel is responsible for CRE loan origination, debt, equity, and structured finance. Educated at Columbia University School of Engineering, Garfinkel has been an active investor for more than 30 years. He possesses a deep and diverse background in business and in real estate construction, acquisition, permanent, and refinance lending. Also, he is experienced in contract negotiation between US and foreign companies covering asset exchanges, joint ventures, and asset finance deals.
Matt Cross is a Senior Director with Silverthread Capital and resides in Vermont. After leaving the commercial finance business in the early 2000’s, Mr. Cross returned to the IT world, working for a major medical institution in the northeast focusing on the healthcare industry. In the past year, Mr. Cross reentered the commercial finance industry focusing on mainly SBA financing, multi-family, and retail markets.
Mr. Adnan Ali joined Silverthread Capital in early 2019 and is responsible for underwriting and deal structuring, as well as managing client and capital partner relationships. Adnan brings many years of experience working in banking, structured finance, CMBS and real estate. Since joining the firm, Adnan has underwritten and arranged several million dollars of debt and equity financing ranging from permanent debt and highly-structured bridge loans to joint-venture and preferred equity. Adnan has developed an in-depth knowledge of retail, multi-family, hospitality, office, and industrial property types. He utilizes his lender relationships to provide certainty of execution and creative structured financings for his clients.
Adnan holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Houston and also holds Real Estate license in the state of Texas. His interests includes playing pool, table tennis, basketball, community service, and spending time with friends and family.
Jerome Krasnow joined Silverthread Capital Corporation in 2019, bringing over three decades of commercial real estate experience to the team. Mr. Krasnow began his career in commercial real estate brokerage, where he worked in sales and leasing for over a decade. He also has worked as an appraiser, developer, underwriter, and property manager – garnering experience in all of the commercial real estate types. Mr. Krasnow has underwritten commercial real estate loans ranging from one million to forty–nine million dollars. Mr. Krasnow earned his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Hartford.
Quinn Konitshek is a Director at Silverthread Capital, based in Houston, TX, and is responsible for CRE loan origination, debt, equity, and structured finance. Quinn began his career with TowerPoint Capital, a private equity investor in Real Estate/Telecom Infrastructure across the US, where he was tasked with sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions to the company’s portfolio. After TowerPoint, Quinn worked as a financial analyst for the Houston/Los Angeles based real estate developer Roy Asset Holding. Quinn was involved in development, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital markets for the group. Quinn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Diego State University and was a member of the SDSU Men’s lacrosse team and the Real Estate Society. Quinn also serves his community as a volunteer firefighter for the Atascocita Fire Department.
